Dutch angler Robert Grootenboer shares some of his fishing adventures with us, using method feeders for Carp. Everyone here loves Robert’s dog!

Region: Hoekschewaard in the South-West of Holland
Robert says: “In my home region are many big, small and various waters. Big river complexes in the neighbourhood, such as Haringvliet and Hollandsch Diep. I also fish in various size of waters in the countryside, such as ponds and little canals. When there is a chance to catch a fish, I will be there. Instead of only chasing the big ones, I rather catch as many as possible. The big fish suprise me now and then, thats the pleasure! Having fun is the most important goal, so I enjoy as much as I can. Every catch is enjoyable for me!”

Woonomgeving Hoekschewaard.
Vele wateren ben ik rijk in mijn woonomgeving. Het machtige rivieren stelsel ligt in de buurt, Haringvliet en het Hollands Diep. Daarnaast beproef ik mijn geluk maar al te graag in de poldergebieden, van smalle slootjes tot brede vaarten. Waar kans op vis is zal ik te vinden zijn. Zo probeer ik ook maar al te graag aantallen vis te vangen in plaats van alleen de dikke. Die komen vanzelf wel! Plezier in mijn visserij staat voorop en daarbij hoort gewoon genieten, en ik geniet van elke vangst!
