Can I buy tackle direct from you?

Sorry, we do not sell ESP tackle direct to the public. However, we have an extensive distribution network through fishing tackle retailers both in the UK and overseas.


I am a tackle retailer and would like to stock your range products.

Forward your full details including shop name, full address, website, email address and telephone number to support@esp-carpgear.com and your details will be passed on to a sales representative for your area.


Can ESP sponsor me?

We already have a fantastic portfolio of ESP-backed teams and talented individuals who represent our brand and ethos extremely well. However, if you feel you have something very worthwhile to offer, you can email support@esp-carpgear.com with your full details. As you can imagine, we are an extremely busy company and frequently inundated with requests for sponsorship so we regrettably cannot always reply to each person individually.


I have an issue with an item of ESP tackle.

We operate very strict quality control measures and procedures to ensure all ESP tackle is of the highest quality and consistency. If you need assistance on an item of tackle that you believe may be damaged or faulty, your first port of call should be with the place of purchase, as your contract of sale is with the retailer. The retailer will need to inspect the item and advise you accordingly. The retailer may then choose to decide to return the item to ESP for further inspection and will again advise you accordingly. 


How can I get a replacement rod section?

To order a replacement rod section, simply visit your local ESP stockist and they will be able to order you a replacement.
