Kev Hewitt’s excellent run of form in 2012 continued last week with the capture of the elusive Birthmark Linear from Linear fisheries Manor Farm. This is the first time it has been put on the bank in over a year and looked in top condition.
Kev fooled the birthmark by fishing a single grain of ESP plastic sweetcorn fished inside a mini ESP pva bag of pellets- a new ‘PVA Bag Micro Mix’ which is being developed by CC Moore. Kev fished a size 8 ESP curve shanx hook to 4inches of 20Lb camo sinklink with a 3.5oz inline lead.
