‘After a great start to the year, the lucky run has continued and things have fallen nicely into place on my syndicate.
35lb 10oz common
After the 58, 45 and 42 at the start of May the next trip saw me doing battle with a cracking 35lb 10 oz common on an overnighter. A 20 lb 8oz common followed this on my next 2 nighter.
28lb 2oz common
The next session was a three nighter and after moving three times I finally landed a cracking 24lb 6oz mirror which made all the hard work worthwhile.On my last trip of the spring ticket, a 28lb 2oz common obliged on an overnighter and finished a very enjoyable spring campaign off nicely and I can’t wait for my summer ticket to start now.
All the fish were caught on Sticky krill wafters fished on a rig incorporating 15lb Syncro XT to ESP tubing and lead clip, 4” of Tungsten Loaded to a ready made size 5 chod rig’.
